Amanda is a Registered Dietitian specializing in functional women’s health. She received her Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and Masters of Science in Nutrition and Public Health from Columbia University. She is passionate about empowering women and helping them understand and embrace their health through a mind-body-soul approach. She believes that in order to thrive and flourish as women, we need to embrace our unique biological makeup, find our way back to feminine wisdom and consider a lifestyle that truly nourishes and supports all aspects of health.
