YOUR NEEDS/GOALS | Chef Elizabeth is skilled in all forms of plant-based (vegan) cuisines but specializes in macrobiotic, gluten-free and Engine 2 diets. Elizabeth is also experienced in cooking for people with several food allergies/intolerances/sensitivities/restrictions. Gluten-free? Soy-free? Nut-free? Oil-free? Nightshade-free? No problem! Menus are designed specifically for you and your family’s dietary needs and goals.
SHOPPING | Elizabeth does all the shopping. She buys only organic/chemical-free and only the best quality. If you get a weekly CSA produce box, Elizabeth can incorporate that into your menu as well.
COOKING | The cooking happens in your kitchen. Each session lasts 3-5 hours, depending upon the amount of food. When it’s over you’ll be left with 6-8 labeled dishes and sauces (containing multiple servings) with reheating/serving instructions and a clean kitchen. The dishes can be mixed and matched in different ways for different meals. Expect the food to last 3-7 days in the fridge, but most dishes can be frozen to last longer.

PANTRY/REFRIGERATOR MAKEOVER | Elizabeth will spend half a day cleaning out junk food food, processed/refined foods and expired foods from your cupboards and refrigerator. The second half of the day will be spent shopping for new healthy, organic and minimally/unprocessed food staples for your pantry and fridge, and then putting it away. You’re welcome to join Elizabeth on the shopping trip to learn what to look and watch out for.
